Thanks so much for your patience during this temporary closure! The Timber Tattoo Co is happy to announce bookings to resume the first week of June. There are new safety measures in place at the studio to keep both you and me safe! Please take the time to review prior to booking.

Open By Appointment Only

• At this time, the studio will be open by appointment only

(for both tattooing and consultations)

• No walk ins at this time.

• All appointments will be booked via email at

Prior to securing an appointment, clients will be screened

via email questionnaire for the following symptoms

Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and painful swallowing
Anyone under the direction of the provincial health officer to self-isolate
Anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada, or who is a contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case.

*** Any client who show symptoms prior to their appointment or who has to cancel/rebook will not be rebooked for a minimum of 14 days.

The studio reserves the right to refuse anyone service if they are showing any symptoms mentioned above at the time of the tattoo appointment. No deposit will be lost/forfeit if the client is rebooking due to illness. ***

Please arrive to the studio alone.

At this time, please do not bring guests/friends/family to your appointment.

Because of the size of the studio, I’m limiting the number of people to myself and the client only.

When entering the studio

Clients will be required to immediately wash/sanitize hands and follow proper hand washing guidelines

(Info graphic on proper hand washing technique FOUND HERE as well as posted in studio).

Clients will be required to wash/sanitize their hands

any time they leave the studio and re-enter

Masks are required for both client and artist upon entry.

*** Disposable masks will be provided if you do not bring your own

info on how to put on/remove mask found here ***

No outside Food or Drinks at this time.

Please eat prior to your appointment and bring only a water bottle.

Please pay using debit or credit card only.

At this time, no cash or e-transfers

The Timber Tattoo Co is;

Going above and beyond even normal daily cleaning including-

•Cleaning visibly soiled surfaces followed by disinfection.

•Cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces in between patients,

regardless of appearance.

•Frequently cleaning and Disinfecting common areas and high touch surfaces,

at least twice a day,

e.g. light switches, window coverings, cell phones,

tablets, chairs, stools, table surfaces.

•Frequently cleaning and disinfecting

(at least three times per day, more if possible):

handles: doors, cabinets, faucets, fridge, microwave, etc.

electronic device keyboards and mice, phones,chairs,

desk and table surfaces

•Sanitize the treatment table and table adjustment levers after each

treatment.

•Clean the face cradle (one more time) and arm rests (if used) in front

of the client, to maintain trust.

•Clean equipment and supplies (table levers, lotion bottles, etc.)

immediately after each Client.

•Staying up to day with any COVID-19 certifications and information/instruction

provided by WorkSafeBC and/or the Provincial Health Officer
